The gym is full of equipment that really is state of the art and the washer and dryer is green and cleans my furry Ugg blankets, I actually started taking pictures of their appliances/equipment for when I move to a house. It's truly a resort experience and they think of every amenity. The rooms are scented, there are so many cabanas and fire pits that you can never leave the grounds and just lounge. Like all buildings there are always going to be some things you'd like to change, but they have fresh pillows OUTSIDE on all benches, I have NEVER seen this and I toured 20 apartments before renting here. I also love walking the area, I think it's beautiful and I know from walking grounds of adjacent apartments that this one is maintained the best. It made me feel safe to go to my car at 1 am. As to the garage gate, I never even knew it was broken because they have security in the chair all night long. I do believe I have met some of these negative reviewers and I got a very negative vibe, one that doesn't seem like there's a lot of sympathy or compassion going around and it taught me that if you address management/leasing in a face-to-face, calm and kind manner they will work to address any issue. To the bad reviews: I think Dave Chappelle has a line in his latest that will stay with me forever: some people are just mean-spirited.
This is the most beautiful place I have lived and I've lived in Paris.
